Create consultation note templates

Save reusable SOAP note templates with blanks and a default ICD-10 code so doctors type less.

Open Note templates

Go to Settings › Note templates.

Write the template

Write the SOAP text with [blanks] for the parts that change, and set a default ICD-10 code.

Share and save

Choose who can use it, preview, and save. Doctors pick it from the Template menu in the note.
