Record an allergy

Add an allergy to a patient's health record so it shows as a red flag and prescriptions are checked against it.

Open the Health record

Open the patient and go to the Health record tab.

Add the allergy

Click Add allergy, then enter the allergen, reactions, severity and where the information came from.

Save

Save. The allergy shows as a red flag on the patient everywhere, and prescriptions are checked against it.
