Use the dental chart

Chart teeth and surfaces, plan treatment by phase and add today's work to the bill.

Open the chart

Open the patient from Patients and go to their Dental chart (shown for dentists).

Chart a tooth

Click a tooth, then the surfaces, and pick the condition.

Plan and bill

Add procedures to the treatment plan by phase. Use Add to bill for work done today.
