Discounts that need approval
See how discounts above your role's limit go to a clinic admin for approval before the bill updates.
Role limits
Each role has a discount limit, set in Users › Roles & permissions. Senior and PWD discounts are always allowed.
Over the limit
If you enter more than your limit, it is sent to a clinic admin for approval.
Approve or decline
The clinic admin approves or declines it (in the staff app under Approvals). The bill updates once it is approved.
Tip Your clinic may have its own rule for who approves. Ask your admin to add it to the assistant's clinic answers.
