Collect a payment
Collect cash, GCash/Maya or card on a bill and give the patient an official receipt number.
Open the bill
Go to Billing, open the bill and click to collect payment.
Pick the method
Pick the method: cash, GCash/Maya, card, or split between methods. For cash, enter the amount received to see the change.
Save
Save. Clintraq issues the official receipt number and can text the receipt to the patient.
On the phone
In the staff app, open Billing › Take payment.
