Answer patient requests on time, record consent and keep a breach register.
Open Privacy
Go to Patients → Privacy. You see open patient requests, how many patients have consent on file, breaches this year and today’s record views.
Patient requests
Click New request when a patient asks for a copy of their records, a correction or deletion. Each has a due date (15 working days by default).
Breaches
Click Report a breach to record what happened. The page shows the steps and deadlines: contain it right away, decide within 24 hours if it must be reported, and tell the NPC and affected patients within 72 hours.
Your DPO and retention
Enter your Data Protection Officer’s details and review how long records are kept.
