Check the audit log

See who changed what, who opened which chart, and every sign-in.

Open the audit log

Go to Settings → Audit log. Every change in your clinic is kept for 10 years and can’t be edited.

Filter

Filter by date, person, area (money, clinical, staff) and action, such as created, updated, deleted, sign-ins, failed sign-ins, viewed chart and data exported.

Export

Click Export to download the entries you filtered.
